Hi Hawks,
This season, to assist with our individual skill sets, we are running some Fundamentals Training Clinics.
Our first session will focus on passing (serve receive/defence/attack set-up), and is this Sunday 13th April, 12.30 to 3pm, at Sirius College, Keysborough.
These sessions are open to all Premier and State League team members (U17 players at the discretion of their team coach).
Passing is a core volleyball skill relevant to all players, regardless of the position played. This clinic will provide the opportunity for you to give undivided attention to your back court play, whether you are a Premier or State League athlete, to:
- Further develop your passing skill and knowledge
- Elevate your passing performance
- Address any areas of passing technique your coaches may have encouraged you to work on.
