Foreword

The Eastside Hawks Volleyball Club strategic plan document provides a roadmap for the vision of the club from 2024-2026. This brochure precedes the completed strategic plan and aims to provide a summary of the path to growing our club and informs the way forward. The plan strengthens Eastside Hawks ties to the outer south east of Melbourne and regional South Eastern Victoria as well as aligning with the strategy of growth in discussion with Volleyball Victoria Inc. Eastside Hawks see the progressive move of our base of operations to target Cardinia Shire and the surrounding areas as a promising opportunity to cater to the growing interest in volleyball in these regions and provide a pathway for development to the top levels of volleyball in the state of Victoria.
